Our Partial Planning option includes everything in the Day Of Coordination package and adds focused support beginning 60 days prior to your wedding in Des Moines. We hold in-person planning meetings to confirm details, create a shortened wedding party timeline (printed for rehearsal and sent digitally beforehand), and begin full vendor coordination at the 60-day mark—we take over communication, finalize details, and attend all final vendor meetings with you. If your venue allows access, we can assist with setup the day prior (upon request). This package also covers signage design creation (printing not included) and complimentary use of our card box, cake cutting set, table number holders, cake display stand, and dessert stands (as requested). You’ll also receive 10% off Simply Stunning Events Venue Rental (good for one use on any event; non-transferable, event must be hosted by the contracted client).
