Food & Beverage Rules

  • No restrictions on bringing your own food (catering with staff is encouraged).

  • Caterer (or host) must handle setup, teardown, buffet replenishment, and cleanup during rental.

  • Hosts must take home all leftover food & beverages (unless approved by Simply Stunning Events staff).

  • Beer, wine, and seltzers are allowed with a signed alcohol agreement and special event insurance (insurance can be purchased for $125).

  • If you provide your own beverages, one staff member is included to serve and keep beverages stocked.

  • Beverage service includes ice, 9 oz plastic cups, and cocktail napkins.

  • Liquor is not permitted.
