$2,000 - PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• 2 Hour Consultation Meeting (recommend scheduling this 6-9 months prior to the wedding date)

• Final meeting prior to your wedding day (Typically around 2-4 weeks prior or whenever your details are finalized.)

• Vendor recommendations & advice upon request

• Master wedding weekend timeline - we begin this during your consultation!

• Copy of my planning tips & tricks

• 1 hour rehearsal coordination

• 12+ hours of day of coordination (from 8 am through event teardown)

• Assistance the day of with decor & signage setup & teardown (Limited to table decor & misc. items. we do not include installations or construction of items - inquire to confirm if you have questions on specific items.)

• 1-3 day of assistants (Upon our discretion. Always a min of 1 person during ceremony/majority of reception.)

$3,000 - PACKAGES INCLUDES:

• Everything noted in Day of Coordination Package

• In person Planning Meetings beginning 60 days prior to your wedding day

• Full Vendor coordination beginning 60 days prior to your wedding day (I take over all communication with them, finalize details & attend all final vendor meetings with you.)

• Shortened wedding party timeline (printed copies distributed during rehearsal - digital also sent prior)

• Assistance with setup the day prior (upon request if you have venue access)

• Signage design creation (cost of printing not included)

• Free use of our card box, cake cutting set, table number holders, cake display stand & dessert stands (as requested)

• 10% OFF Simply Stunning Events Venue Rental (Good for one use on any event. Non-transferable, event must be hosted by the contracted client.)

$5000 - PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Everything noted in the Day of Coordination & Partial Planning Packages

• Planning & communication with me from the day you book through your wedding weekend

• Full vendor communication from the day you book through your wedding weekend (I become their main contact, assist in booking any/all vendors needed & attend all vendor meetings throughout the planning process.)

• Assistance with day after teardown (upon request if you have venue access)

• Assistance with Website, save the date and/or invitation design creation (upon request. cost of printing/postage not included)

• In addition to venue rental discount you’ll get our setup & teardown package complimentary for your event!
